The braiding angle can reach designed standard 54.44" degree 3) The steel wire can be pulled above 10 KG , which can make much better structure to assure burst pressure. 4) The machine braid the steel wire by 3X3 knotting, so the steel wire braiding cover is more flexible. Quality Control of Hydraulic Hoses in Laboratory and Workingshop
QUALITY CONTROL FOR HYDRAULIC HOSES (ONE) IN LABORATORY, BEFORE PRODUCTION 1) After finishing rubber sheet, in our laboratory, we test the hardness, according to our requirement in Shore A 82-85, rubber tensile must be above 12 MPA, which is for inner tube of hydraulic hoses. Outside rubber will be 80 Shore A and 8 MPA in tensile. 2) After we buy Steel Wire in middle parts, in our laboratory, we test the tensile, according to our requirement in 2750-2950N.The tensile must be in our required tolerance, to assure the working pressure and burst pressure. 3) In our laboratory, we make vulcanization inner tube rubber and outer rubber with steel wire. To check how much adhensive pulling power between them, to assure adhension in rubber hoses. Also, we will imitate vulcanization of production to assure rubber vulcanization is under our control in 5 minutes , 10 minutes, half hour and one hour above. (TWO) IN WORKSHOP, DURING PRODUCTION 1) To prepare PP or steel mandril in previous day, and dry the mandrill to assure it separate well from inner rubber, but not hurt inner tube. The PP mandril OD is higher requirement hen SAE and EN standards to control exact proper diameters of hydraulic hoses. 2) We adjust steel joint machines every week. We test the steel wire length difference according the tolerance of XN(7N,8N,9N,10N,11N,12N) standard to assure same length before braiding machine. 3 In Germany technology braiding machines, we adjust spider tension 0.5kg higher then standard of 8KGS, to assure braiding cover more compact and in good shape , higher than standard. The finishing of hydraulic hoses are in very good shape. 4) We use advanced cold feeder extruder, controlled by PLC computer. Cold feeder extruder has more power to extrude rubber inner tube in good shape. 5) After finishing extruding inner tube,we require to make it recovery previous shape in normal temperature, at least 8 hours, we begin to put in colding machine in -30C for braiding machine. 6) In braiding and spiral machine, we require pitch and steel wire distance in our standard. To assure the steel wire angle in control. (THREE) ATFER PRODUCTION, BEFORE SHIPPMENT. 1) After finishing hoses, we test proof pressure in 1.8 times of working pressure on EACH HOSE for one minute checking any possible leak or defective point of rubber hoses , before shipping to our customers. 2) The burst pressure of hydraulic hoses must reach 4 times of working pressure. 3) The impulse testing must be above 200000 circles for braided hydraulic hoses, and 400000 circles for spiraled hydraulic hoses.

Types of Industrial High Pressure Hydraulic Rubber Hose To hose industry insiders, the term `industrial hose` is a broad term encompassing everything that isn`t metal, Teflon, hydraulic, and composite hose. Others say it`s all hose except for hydraulic hose. For people outside of the hose industry, `industrial hose` seems to refer to any and every hose: a heavy-duty 4-wire hydraulic hose, a large-bore stainless hose; these could easily be referred to as an industrial hose from someone who doesn`t directly deal with hose for industry on a consistent basis. Water Hose Industrial Water HoseThis may seem like a rather straightforward category of industrial hose. To an extent, it can be. Water hose is generally made from one of three materials: EPDM or SBR for suction and PVC for discharge. For the most part, EPDM is the most common tube for water hose, especially when the hose is being used as a transfer hose. If your application is suction, your hose will require a helical wire to prevent the hose from collapsing. Steam Hose Steam hose, to an extent, runs the gamut when it comes to construction: there`s EPDM, nitrile in instances where oil resistance is needed, and chlorobutyl in more premium varieties, like when you need a hose that is going to stand the test of time. Most of these will handle temperatures north of 406°F for saturated steam and 450°F for superheated steam, with pressures up to 250 psi. on average. Due to the dangerous nature of steam at higher temperatures and pressures, this is one of the few hose applications where we see a safety factor of 10:1 vs the standard 4:1. Steam can be incredibly dangerous. Depending on the type, temperature, and saturation, steam isn`t always visible, so an increased safety factor is prudent. Chemical Hose Chemical hoses are rather consistent throughout various manufacturers, and you`re essentially dealing with hose tubes that are UHMW or XLPE. There of course are others like FEP, high-purity EPDM for acid, and Nylon tube paint hoses are often listed in the chemical section too, but they are a specific use, specialty hose. Once you`ve decided which tube option suits your specific application, you`ll need to cover your pressure and temperature requirements. Various chemicals will need a certain tube material to handle the temperature or high-pressure chemical applications; though, high pressure and chemicals aren`t generally associated. Considering the use for your hose, is it suction and discharge or transfer only, you may need to consider the necessity of a helical wire. So that`s about it for most chemical applications: choose UHMW or XLPE for the tube and then decide if a helical wire is necessary. When you break down chemical hose into the few necessary requirements, it is pretty straight forward. Air & Multi-Purpose Hose At the high-pressure end of the spectrum, you`re going to find steel-braided, nitrile hose that will handle pressures up to 1,500 psi air. Keep in mind that this is extremely high for an air hose. These types of hoses will typically be seen at heavy construction sites, mines, quarries, and plants/mills. From there, we work our way into the `medium-duty` hoses. These hoses typically have nitrile tubes and covers for good oil resistance, fabric braid reinforcement and handle pressures between 400-600 psi. In the 200-300 psi range, we have air and multi-purpose hoses for shop air and water, which are offered with EPDM rubber with lesser oil resistance and lower cost, or nitrile and other oil resistant materials. Applications such as potable water, beverage dispensing, chemical dispensing, multipurpose air, and water, and many, many more.
